Scope of Work:

The General Clerk III uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgement to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, and procedures.
  • Assists in a variety of administrative matters.
  • Maintains a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically).
  • Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complies information.
  • Handles and adjust complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.   

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • As a federal contractor, THTBC is subject to any federal vaccine mandates or other customer vaccination and/or testing requirements. All new hires are required to report their vaccination status and employment is conditioned on meeting all customer and contractual requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of functional experience with computers.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Access, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiar with preparation of various military and government forms desired.
  • Type 50 wpm.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an interim secret clearance.  

    Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.  

  • Must have knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices. 
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle. 
  • Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test, criminal record check, and motor vehicle check.  
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds.
