Scope of Work: The Production Control Clerk coordinates, tracks, and documents work orders, schedules, and maintenance activities in support of military unaccompanied housing in Guam, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, operational support, and compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, record, and maintain production and maintenance data from work orders, service requests, and technical documentation using various software systems.
  • Track and calculate production metrics, including quantities completed, materials used, scrap, defects, and production rates, utilizing spreadsheets and other tracking tools.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, inventory requisitions, and related documentation.
  • Generate and distribute work tickets and material requests; assist with payroll data entry and wage calculations based on timecards.
  • Support maintenance shops with scheduling, resource tracking, work order processing, and closeout activities.
  • Monitor and track preventive maintenance requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for service calls via phone, email, or in person.
  • Update and monitor work order status in Maximo or other work management systems.
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and contractual requirements.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in production control, maintenance coordination, or administrative support, preferably within a government or facilities maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Maximo or similar work order management systems preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, and data entry processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documents, and production reports.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to successfully complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required.
  • Ability to maintain access to the government worksite.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling paperwork.
  • Must be available to work on-call, alternate, and extended shifts as needed to meet mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
