Scope of Work:
Responsible for all business management functions supporting the contract, including finance, HR, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement. The primary focus is financial oversight—budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to both the Project Manager and corporate leadership. Manages contract data, deliverables, and compliance for federal and commercial contracts. Oversees the development and submission of proposals and requests for proposal (RFP) responses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and supply chain at the project site.
- Ensureaccuratefinancial accounting (revenue, costs, payroll,budgeting,A/P & A/R) and advise theProjectManager.
- Manage contract modifications, pricing updates, and subcontractor agreements.
- Supportsubcontractorandvendoradministration and compliance.
- Analyze and improve operational procedures and workflow.
- Manage office records and ensure compliance with records management policies.
- Provide regular reporting to senior and corporate leadership.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and labor relations.
- Overseepurchasing, order reconciliation, and timekeeping support.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Exercise supervisory responsibility to oversee daily operations, ensure task completion, and support overall contract performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience, including specialized work in government contracting.
- Strong working knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA), Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), andFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFARS).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management,or related fieldpreferred.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must hold and maintain a Tier 5 (Top Secret / SCI) government security clearance, as required for the position.
- Must be able tomaintainthe ability to access thegovernment worksite.
- Mustpossessand maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record,in accordance withcompany policy, tooperatevehicles or equipment asrequiredfor the position.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk.
- Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling paperwork.
- Must be able to work on-call, alternate, andextendedshift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
