Scope of Work:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide senior-level program support and coordination across multiple functional areas, including operations, reporting, fleet, security, training, and administrative support. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and supports program leadership in ensuring efficient, compliant, and consistent execution across all sites.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary coordinator for program-wide deliverables, including collection, validation, and submission to Government stakeholders via SharePoint.
- Act as the main point of contact for Government inquiries related to deliverables, reporting, and program data.
- Partner with Quality Control to review deliverables, improve processes, andeliminateredundancies.
- Oversee fleet management across all sites, including maintenance scheduling, repairs, registrations, compliance, and vendor coordination.
- Manage fuel cards, vehicle documentation, and coordination of traffic violations and payments with Finance.
- Coordinate security and access requirements, including DBIDS, CAC applications, and clearance onboarding in partnership with theCompany security team.
- Track andmaintainvisibility of clearance levels across the program and resolve access-related issues.
- Consolidateand prepare weekly, monthly, and PMR reports, ensuring accuracy andtimelysubmission.
- Serve as a liaison between program operations andFinance, supporting procurement, invoice processing, and cost tracking.
- Providefront-line HR support to employees byassistingwith general inquiries, pay/benefits questions, and coordinating with HR as needed.
- Lead and manage the program’s training function, including development, standardization, and delivery of training across sites.
- Supportprocurementandlogisticsactivities, including uniform program management and vendor coordination.
- Support contract and financial risk tracking, including monitoring Limit of Liability (LOL) andassistingwith required Government notifications.
- Operate independently to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and support program leadership in decision-making and execution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program support, operations coordination, or business operations within a government contracting environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site or multi-functional programs with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong working knowledge of government contracting environments, reporting requirements, and operational compliance.
- Ability tooperateindependently with minimal oversight and exercise sound judgment in support of leadershipobjectives.
- Experience coordinating across functional areas such as HR, Finance, Operations, Security, and Logistics.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability tointerface withGovernment stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Experience with fleet management systems, procurement processes, or training program coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with security access processes (DBIDS, CAC, clearance tracking) preferred; ability to obtain clearance strongly desired.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to liftup to 25pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching, and working at a computerforextendedperiods of time.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional travel to program sites.
- Must be able to workon-call,alternate,and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
- Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and aroundvarioushazards withappropriate PPE.
