Scope of Work:
Maintenance scheduling, tracking, and status reporting for site; Personnel accountability and range movements; Key Custodian for faculties & remote sites; and coordinates repairs with Public Works help desk.
Responsibilities:
- Generate daily required Equipment Status Report to include, equipment status and mission capability throughout the day.
- Review EWR Flight Schedule and interface directly, to ensure any scheduled maintenance effort and flight schedule do not conflict.
- Perform as the FTTR Preventive Maintenance (PM) Delegate authorized to make changes to the PM Module.
- Generate Preventative Maintenance Inspections of work orders for all required work centers.
- Initiate Work Orders, as required, in IEMS for maintenance personnel, in the field, to ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain accurate Job Plans in the IEMS.
- Provide reports to FTTR Managers as required.
- Document all maintenance actions in IEMS system.
- Maintains TMDE calibration and PM schedules in the IEMS.
- This position’s secondary function is to drive MEWTS vehicles, assist in MEWTS system set up and tear down procedures, and provide safety observer functions, in support of EW operations at the PNWEWR.
- Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain minimum secret level security clearance.
- Three years of experience in maintenance logistics.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must be able to work independently and interact well with others in a team setting.
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform in a professional manner and maintain a neat and clean appearance.
- Obtain an interim Secret security clearance.
- Obtain and maintain a fully adjudicated Secret security clearance.
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Must maintain licenses and/or credentials required for this position.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.
- Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
- Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, while performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and walk, reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl use hands to finger, handle, or feel; constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must be able to multitask, routinely lifts 5 – 25 pounds, occasionally lifts in excess of 45 pounds.
- Performs work both inside and outside, possibly under extreme weather conditions. Work normally involves wet and dirty conditions in remote areas.
- The employee is often exposed to wet and/or windy conditions; extreme cold; and risk of electrical shock. Position requires travel up to 50% of the time in the immediate operations area.
- Must be able to work alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer to include weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to perform on-call duties when necessary and report to work within the required timeframe from notification.
- Must possess the ability to work in a team or alone and be able to change jobs on short notice.
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
- Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
