The pay listed above is encompassing of a total range, final compensation offered will be dependent upon several factors to include but not limited to years of experience and education within the position and industry.

Scope of Work:
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises and leads warehouse activities for T&H Services at Fort Carson.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of warehouse personnel.
- Resolve employee problems or assist employees in solving problems.
- Verify employee time sheets.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve employee motivation, equipment performance, work methods, and customer service.
- Review orders, schedules, and shipping/receiving notices to determine work sequence, inventory capacity, and restock requirements.
- Plan and establish work schedules, and assignments.
- Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services in support of warehouse operations.
- Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign experienced workers for on-the-job training.
- Assist employees in performing tasks as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on work activities, operations, inventory, and work-related accidents.
- Maintain employee compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and confront unsafe acts or situations.
- Ensure all safety rules, policies and procedures will are followed and will include wearing required safety equipment as needed.
- Perform all work in a safe and secure manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
- Support Government audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor for stolen merchandise.
- Confer with customers, supervisors, subcontractors, and others to exchange information and resolve problems.
- Write and maintain accurate and complete work records and related documents.
- Resolves operational problems.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
- Consistently produce quality products and service.
- Perform all assigned duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and directives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Logistic Management or a related field from a four-year college or university and/or at least two years of responsible warehouse experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have previous leadership responsibility.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as price lists, catalogs, requisitions, inventory reports, receiving reports, vendor quotes, and invoices.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to vendors and employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to issue and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
- Individual must have excellent communications skills.
- Must possess the ability to work in a high-volume office area and interface in a positive manner with co-workers and the customer.
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Displays courtesy and skill in dealing with internal and external customers, coworkers, and management.
- Must possess the ability to interact well with others in a team setting or alone and be able to change jobs on short notice.
- Accurately maintains and updates records to enable quick and efficient retrieval of information.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.
- Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
- Must be able to perform duties with exposure to loud noises, mixed temperatures, and heavy machinery.
- Duties will require frequent periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, crawling, reaching, and balancing. Physically fit to frequently bend, stoop, and lift in awkward positions and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the customer’s mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to successfully complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1) background check.
- Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
- Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
