Scope of Work:

Oversee the full scope of work control operations, including the intake, prioritization, assignment, and closeout of service orders, estimates, subcontracts, and job orders to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily and long-range work scheduling based on government priorities, operational goals, and available resources.
  • Monitor and manage workflow through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and government representatives regarding work order status, scheduling conflicts, and customer service needs.
  • Support estimating and planning teams by assisting with vendor qualification, reviewing estimates, and resolving quality concerns.
  • Generate regular reports, performance dashboards, and briefings to provide leadership with visibility into backlog, performance metrics, and project progress.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve work methods, streamline processes, and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards.
  • Exercise supervisory responsibility to oversee daily operations, ensure task completion, and support overall contract performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in production control or maintenance coordination, including specialized work in government contracting.
  • The position also requires an interface with many technical/facilities maintenance issues with the customer. As such, knowledge of various preventive maintenance models is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required for the position.
  • Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling paperwork.
  • Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
